Technical Characteristics
General management and control of the machine are performed using a PC with remote-assistance modules.
The welding head and transformer are water-cooled. The machine can be supplied with a trolley for the removal of the reinforcements, an additional coiler for the production change, and a pneumatic shear for cutting the spiral wire
Manufacturable Products
Rigid steel reinforcements for circular products, min. diameter 320mm - max. diameter 4400mm; height from 1000mm to 4000mm; reinforcements with 12/24/36 vertical bars (depending on the different machine models)
