Fully automatic machine for vibration-compaction production, with direct demoulding and tilting of products with a height from 1000 mm to 3000 mm, particularly suitable for large products.
Fully automatic machine for vibration-compaction production, with both direct and tilting demoulding of a wide variety of concrete products. Rotovibromatic is particularly suitable for the automatic production of large products, with or without monolithic base, even with special geometries. Depending on the different models, the machine can manufacture products up to a diameter of 3000 mm, or up to 3000 mm x 3000 mm, with a variable height from 250 mm up to 3000 mm in single production mode (multiple production modes are also available on request). The vibration type can be chosen depending on your need (vibrating column with hydraulic locking/unlocking of the mould at each cycle, vibrating table with hydraulic mould locking frame, or standard vibrator inside the core).
Rotovibromatic is equipped with a product base-pressing system to ensure greater compaction and tightness.
The machine can be equipped with the fast and easy-to-use quick hydraulic mould change system, making fast daily mould changes possible in less than 1.5 hours (in addition, the adjustment of cores, outer moulds, and pressing heads after production change is no longer necessary).

The concrete feeding is completely automatic: the feeding belt is paired with a special planetary spreader with 4 orbiting elements, which distributes the concrete in the shortest amount of time, even on the most peripheral points. This solution is particularly effective for the production of box culverts, rectangular tanks, and large products.

Other features make Rotovibromatic an extremely functional machine, such as the mechanical and electronic adjustment of the vibrators through an inverter, the easy access to the bucket for inspection and cleaning operations, and the automatic ejection of the products at the end of the cycle through the motorised cart with possible subsequent handling and storage.

The system can be integrated with the automatic feeding of pallets (flat pallets) for tipping production, or with standard base pallets for direct demoulding production, which is carried out from the front, and/or with base pallets cleaning and oiling, insertion of joints, and automatic overhead handling. These opportunities allow further acceleration of the production cycle, reducing the personnel required.

The management and general control of the machine are performed using the Vicom PC system, with machine status and fault control synoptics, with remote assistance modules, and the possibility of remote production management (industry 4.0).
