Equipment for vibration-compaction production of products with a height from 250 mm to 2000 mm, demoulding with overhead crane or forklift, particularly suitable for the production of special parts.

Equipment for vibration-compaction production of products with direct demoulding with overhead crane or tilting by lifting beam of a great variety of concrete products; it is particularly suitable for the production of special parts.

All products can be manufactured from semi-dry concrete in compliance with the maximum load-bearing capacity, with a maximum height of 2000 mm, in single production mode (multiple production modes are also available on request).
In the standard configuration, the table is equipped with a frame for quick hydraulic locking of the outer moulds (and quick mechanical locking of the inner moulds) with a simple and fast system, which makes it possible to change the moulds daily in a very short time (in addition, the adjustment of the outer and inner moulds after production change is no longer necessary).

Concrete feeding can be manual (with a standard conveyor belt controlled by the operator using a joystick), semi-automatic (with a conveyor belt fitted with a rotating distributor), or automatic (with a conveyor belt fitted with a rotating secondary belt controlled through a PC, with software to feed the mould following the outer perimeter. The latter solution is particularly effective for manufacturing box culverts and special products).

Other features that make the vibrating table an extremely functional system are the mechanical and electronic adjustment of the vibrators through an inverter and the electronic adjustment of the feeding speed of the conveyor belt (where included).

For more complex configurations, the management and general control of the machine can be, on request, performed using the Vicom PC system, with machine status and fault control synoptics and remote assistance modules.

Products that can be produced:

  • All products (with any type of joint) to be manufactured from semi-dry concrete, with a max height of 2000 mm, in compliance with the maximum load-bearing capacity (from 2 to 42 tons, depending on the different models)
  • Cost-effectiveness
  • Flexibility (a wide range of products can be manufactured; the machine is ideal for the production of both large-size products, owing to its characteristics, and medium-small products, owing to its cost-effectiveness and convenience)
  • High product quality is guaranteed by the automatic electronic adjustment of vibration and concrete feeding
  • Very fast inner mould changes (the reduced mould change times allow the mould to be changed immediately) without needing to adjust the mould after the change
  • Ease of use and maintenance
  • Possibility of using existing moulds, even if not produced by Colle
  • The system does not require foundation works
  • Full system control (on request for more complex configurations) through the Vicom PC system, with the possibility of remote production management
